Botswana, a landlocked country in Southern Africa, has a landscape defined by the Kalahari Desert and the Okavango Delta, which becomes a lush animal habitat during the seasonal floods. The massive Central Kalahari Game Reserve, with its fossilized river valleys and undulating grasslands, is home to numerous animals including giraffes, cheetahs, hyenas and wild dogs WEATHER
Botswana's climate is semi-arid. Though it is hot and dry for much of the year, there is a rainy season, which runs through the summer months. Showers are often followed by strong sunshine so that a good deal of the rainfall does not penetrate the ground but is lost to evaporation and transpiration.

STAESA’s combo volunteering program allows you to explore so many countries in Africa while impacting lives and immersing oneself in the unique culture of Africa. You as individual or with your family or with your friends can choose to volunteer in more than two countries and still pay very less program fees. Together with our volunteers we design the program.
My Gap year
STAESA’s Gap year volunteer program is a semester or full year academics break while pursuing experiential learning that equips you with valuable life skills and encourages personal development . This program enables you to discover yourself and consider what kind of education or carrier you want to pursue, while having a positive impact on the people you meet.
Group program
STAESA’s group volunteering involves activity as a group, whether with friends, family, colleagues. acquaintances or companies. Our program involves a specific new project with a set time frame, or with our ongoing commitment. At the end of the program you will build upon your personal relationship with people, networking, brainstorming. getting things done.

STAESA'S Teaching program participants work very closely with children in the school based on their educational and professional experience, academic training, and leadership. You don't have to be professional teacher to join us. The program is open to everyone who have the love for teaching.
Orphanage

The program offers a great opportunity to those who are willing to help the orphans. This program can be combine with teaching program in the school. You will be working directly with the staff in both the school and in the orphanage for the effective running of the program.
Construction/Painting

As a STAESA'S volunteer or intern, you will be full time in the field constructing an orphanage and a youth center, managing the projects and supervising. You will be working with local construction worker. This is really very busy program with lot of experience to gain.
HealthCare/Dentist

As STAESA'S intern and volunteer you will be working very closely with health care professionals in the local hospital and clinic to help to improve health care in general including maternal and child health. You have a lot to do on this program and you don't want to miss this.
