This is a TRUSTED TRIED AND TESTED PROGRAM.  Our module caused us to have lots of success stories and together with you this time we would be able do more to more women in Africa.   Join staesa's (WE-AFRICA) to discover and uncover the tremendous business ideas of African women. There is nothing an African woman can not do when it comes to business. All that they need is a little push,  a little training, someone they can walk the road with from start to success. You have everything it takes to join us to make the big dream of an African woman come through. Women are made of 51% of the entire world population and investment is less in their hands. The whole program is about identifying  the business ideas among the unemployed women,  empowering these women in job creation, training, start capital,  incubate the business, sustain the business to success and by so doing we will be able to put large amount of investments in the hands on the women. Necessity is the mother of invention.  In some cases we also include unemployed youth with great ideas.

Our women development projects, over the past 10 years have supported unemployed youth and women in poor communities across South Africa, Ghana, Togo, Benin. We are including many countries like Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda, Lesotho, Swaziland and Cameroon. Our goal is to create successful businesses practices, Successful independent women and inspire economic independence. We committed to positive change!  You have many countries and communities to choose from  to make an African woman a successful  economical independent, to make a family happy for the rest of their lives and to bring development in a community. You can do it! We tried it and tested it and it worked.

With the help of volunteers and our local community, we are making great inroads in job creation and better business practices. We formulate ideas and share practices that will help both youth and women to physically, spiritually and economically break the cycle of poverty while creating sustainable jobs in their communities.

We help incubating successful business practices by living and learning alongside locals. We teach practical business skills, improve working conditions, and create jobs. Recent volunteers have assisted with local crops famers, goat farmers, dress makers,  local fish saleswomen, market women, bakery, local food processing,  moto-bike drivers(Taxis) and church members. This time we are including women with ideas of handling physically challenged children, women with ideas of  making design building blocks, women with ideas of electronics, detergents, both car and room air freshener, batik, tye and die,

In STAESA we believe business does not start with money. It first starts with ideas. We bring those ideas into successful businesses modules. In doing so, we empower individuals women who in return to help other women long after our work is done.

This program also includes a special micro-finance with no interest to enable the women raise the needed capital for their businesses.  Resources are really in short supply here, but it’s amazing to see the women always happy and getting involved in anything to make their dreams come through! This is a life-changing experience program and full of fun! You will not like to go back to your country after the program. That is what happened to most of our volunteers.
